Betty R. Kletzke, 75, of Brownsville, died Thursday, March 24, 2011 at Caledonia Care and Rehab in Caledonia, MN.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am, Tues., March 29, at St. Patricks Catholic Church, Brownsville. Father Gregory Leif will officiate and burial will be in St. Patricks Cemetery, Brownsville. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 pm Mon. at Breza Hall, next to the church, where a prayer service will be said at 6:30pm. Friends may also call one hour prior to the service at the church Tues. McCormick Funeral Home, Caledonia is assisting the family with arrangements.
She was born May 4, 1935 in Brownsville to Tony and Agnes (Boesen) Reinhart. She married Edward "Mouse" Kletzke June 23, 1953 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Brownsville. He preceded her in death July 21, 2008. Betty worked in the medical records department at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center for 25 years. She was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Brownsville and she enjoyed walking with her friend Delores Serres.
She is survived by 2 brothers, Leonard (Lorraine) Reinhart of Brownsville and Derald "Bud" (Mavis) Reinhart of Eitzen, MN; 2 sisters in law, Priscilla (Dale) Reinhart of LaCrosse and Betty Kletzke of Viola, WI; 2 brothers in law, Gail (Joanne) Kletzke of Brownsville and Vernon Fitzpatrick of Caledonia, many nieces and nephews and 2 special friends, Delores Serres and Alice Schleich.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents.
